This is a service to machine the Advance Safety System for the Springfield® Kuna. Parts included are; CNC 3 position safety cam, disconnector, trip, and an advance safety lockout. Safety lever, FCG housing and assisted parts are NOT included. These parts are intended for the OEM lower.
Optional buffer limiter is used to reduce the bolt cycle distance by roughly .25”. This is used to increase cycle rate and to reduce the gap between the bolt and lower housing in order to prevent unwanted objects from finding its way into the lower. This is not needed for the system to function.
